      • Main theme: 'Value and ethics'
      • Summary: AI technology tends to receive excessive expectations, and the AI bubble was repeated in the 1950s and 1980s. In this third boom, the design of "value and ethics" in AI is beginning to be talked.Will it be possible to program morality and ethics in AI? What value (value system) should be designed ? Beyond discipline and age, we discuss the true value of AI technology.
